 If the location permits, your furry friends are welcome to join! Just remember to clean up after them and inform us of any accidents.

At Baltimore Picnic Co., we handle all the setup and cleanup so you can simply relax and indulge in everything Charm City Picnic has to offer. Your picnic will be fully prepared upon your arrival, and we'll return to pack and tidy everything up when you're done!

Permits are required for picnics of 10 or more guests. It's the customer's responsibility to secure the necessary permits ahead of the event day. For more details on permitting in Baltimore City, please follow this link.

If you need to depart earlier than planned, just give us a quick 15-minute notice via phone call or text. Please note, you're responsible for the picnic items until our team returns to pack up.

Your picnic begins at the scheduled time selected during booking. We understand delays happen, so we offer a 10-minute grace period. If you anticipate arriving more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call.

We recommend checking the weather forecast before selecting your date. In case of bad weather, we'll happily reschedule your picnic for another time within 6 months of the original date. If you need to reschedule for reasons unrelated to weather, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

If it looks like rain and you choose to proceed with your picnic, there's no option to reschedule once our attendant arrives. Damaged inventory may incur a fee.

 No worries! Additional guests are welcome, though seating may be limited if not pre-booked.

Please leave all picnic items as you found them. Any purchased food or flowers are yours to take with you. Charges may apply for missing or damaged items that belong to Baltimore Picnic Co.

 We require a 5-day notice to prepare your picnic, though we appreciate as much notice as possible. Contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely! Our picnic packages are adaptable to indoor settings as well.

 While we handle cleanup, significant damage to our equipment may result in charges to the credit card on file. Please enjoy responsibly!
